The Agreement:
By using this website or engaging our services, you enter into a contract with the three legal entities operating as Understood: Uncanny BV, 10:AM BV, and Business & Butter UG:

References to "we," "us," or "Understood" refer to these three entities collectively.
Service Provision:
Understood provides creative and consulting services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal.
Intellectual Property
Our Systems: We retain ownership of the underlying methodologies, AI workflows, and proprietary structures developed by Understood. Your Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted a licence to use the specific creative outputs for your brand's commercial purposes. Client Materials: You warrant that any materials provided to us do not infringe the rights of third parties.
Fees and Payment:
Invoices are issued by the relevant group entity. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend service or access to systems if payments are delayed. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Liability and Warranties:
We build systems designed for performance, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or business losses.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Antwerp, Belgium.
